About This Blog
I am going to dedicate this blog to my shaman experience. As I endure this new journey and calling, I want to journal/blog about it. The reason I am doing so is not only will it keep me sane, but I'm hoping it'll shed some light onto a shaman's experiences. I'm considered a young shaman and I want Hmong people to understand a little bit of the things we have to go through. I am just starting my journey, although my shamanistic and spiritual incidents have happened to me all my life. I want my family and friends to know that I'm okay and that these experiences are something I'm going through. I don't want anyone to be scared for me or sad. A part of this blog will also be for my dreams. I get very real and very vivid dreams. A part of my shaman experience so far are these dreams, as they kind of guide me through this journey.
This blog is not for advise purposes. It is not for anyone seeking advise or spiritual help. It's not a place for judgement or criticism either. I vow to write everything about my truth and my lived experiences and only that. I will not be telling or sharing Hmong fairy tales, scary stories, or any of that. If you yourself or if you know someone who is a Hmong shaman or becoming a shaman, feel free to share this with them. These experiences are mine and will probably differ from other experiences.
